What your patient sees,
and what you see.
A 20-second daily check-in for the patient. A complete billing dossier for you. Click through the screens below — or open the live demo on either side.
Day 1
A text in the morning. A check-in by 9:01.
First thing in the morning, Pace texts the patient: "Today's check-in is ready, tap to start." One tap opens the daily — no login. They submit a 20-second mood + sleep check-in. After they tap submit, a photo they uploaded surfaces with a warm one-line acknowledgment, and Pace asks how the photo makes them feel today. SMS is HIPAA-compliant (Twilio HIPAA Security Edition, BAA covered) — no PHI in the body, just a magic link.

Day 2
Same instrument, a new question.
Pace rotates the mood tile every day so the daily never feels like the same survey. Same 0-4 scale underneath; different framing on top. Today's frame: energy.

Day 3
Sometimes, no language is needed.
For verbally tired days, the daily check-in becomes five paint-chip swatches — pick the color that matches today. No reading, no comparing words.

Day 4
A new question, and a small invitation.
Pace asks how today is growing for them. After enough check-ins, the post-submit acknowledgment also shows a gentle pattern observation — if their garden photos seem to lift them, Pace asks if they'd like to add another. Never claims causation. Just an invitation.

Day 5
How the body feels today.
Body-anchored — heavy, sluggish, even, light, floating. Useful for patients whose depression shows up physically before it shows up in words.

Over the weeks
Small rewards, too: grow plants, raise animals.
The photos and the letter aren't the only nudges — small rewards are another. Every check-in lets the patient grow a plant or raise an animal that develops over days and builds into a collection; a missed day is never punished. No single feature keeps people coming back, so we keep adding methods to keep patients using the app between check-ins — and steadier engagement is what carries a patient toward the billable day counts. The patient sees a reward, never a billing mechanic.

On a hard day
A letter from themselves, surfaced just for them.
When the model sees three days of low mood in a row, the Future Me letter the patient wrote at onboarding surfaces on their home screen. Not advice, not a clinician — their own words.
